The Board of the Future Fuels CRC has announced that Mr David Norman has been appointed as inaugural Chief Executive Officer of the Future Fuels CRC.
David was previously CEO of the successful Energy Pipelines CRC and has been a key driver of innovation resulting in the success of the Future Fuels CRC Bid.
Future Fuels CRC Board Chairman Charles Rottier congratulated David on this appointment and stated that;
‘Beyond being Energy Pipelines CRC CEO, David brings a rich history of experience from the international oil and gas industry as well as a drive for innovation. ‘
‘He has previously worked for Royal Dutch Shell for over 21 years in an array of commercial, managerial & technical roles, both in Australia and globally and has demonstrated a long term interest and passion in collaborative projects.’
The Future Fuels CRC is currently being established following the successful application for funding in round 19 of the CRC program. Over the coming months, David will continue to work with partners in the start-up of the Future Fuels CRC with the aim of delivering industry focussed solutions to enable the decarbonisation of Australia’s energy networks.
