Technology for Future and Ageing Pipelines Conference

March 29, 2022 - March 31, 2022

The Technology for Future and Ageing Pipelines Conference (TFAP), has been rescheduled for 29-31 March 2022.

In-person and virtual registrations are now open for the Technology for Future and Ageing Pipelines Conference (TFAP), to be held from 29-31 March 2022.

TFAP’s technical conference program includes 65 double-peer-reviewed papers from industry experts on topics such as corrosion, girth and seam welds, pipeline life extension, in-line inspection, repair, and more.

The program features a keynote presentation from the world renowned Professor Ad Van Wijk (Delft University of Technology) and a full-day stream of hydrogen-focused presentations curated by the European Pipeline Research Group (EPRG).

The event draws on the legacy of two events previously organised by Rudi Denys (Universiteit Gent) and John Tiratsoo (Tiratsoo Technical) – the Pipeline Technology Conference and the Ageing Pipelines Conference.

Building on this legacy, TFAP is aimed at sharing knowledge and featuring the latest achievements relative to the assessment, use and maintenance of both ageing high-pressure (cross-country/offshore) transmission pipeline systems and ageing low-pressure distribution pipeline systems.
