Webinar: Future fuels production economic modelling

There are many production processes for hydrogen and other future fuels, differing in their production routes, emissions profiles, energy and chemical efficiency, dynamic behaviour, appropriateness of scale and economic viability.

The project team have modelled these technologies using consistent economic process to provide:

  • Detailed assessment of the economic performance of these processes based on bottom-up process flowsheet modelling,
  • Sensitivity analyses to evaluate main production parameters that will influence viable commercialisation of specific technologies,
  • Collate engineering data needed to inform operating and capital costs,
  • Recommendations for analytical framework to guide R&D project investment, providing a basis for estimating the potential value of research efforts,

To launch the full report we are holding a four session webinar for our participants over two days to present the research outputs:
